Thank you for choosing Chesapeake Business Solutions, LLC for your notary services, business consulting, and product needs. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality services and goods. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Services

Notary Services

Due to the nature of notarial services, all sales are final once the service has been rendered. Refunds will not be issued for completed notarial acts. If you believe a notary acted in error, please contact us at cynthia@chesapeakebusinesssolutions.com within 3 business days of service to discuss a resolution.

Professional Business Services (e.g., consulting, document prep, coaching)

  • Non-Refundable once service delivery begins or is completed.

  • If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are not eligible for a refund.

2. Digital Products and Downloads

All digital goods, including templates, eBooks, and downloadable guides, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If you experience issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days for technical support or a replacement.

3. Physical Products

If you purchased a physical product (e.g., business supplies, branded merchandise), we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please email cynthia@chesapeakebusinesssolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Custom Orders

Customized products or services (e.g., personalized forms, tailored business plans) are non-refundable unless there is a clear error on our part. If you believe your order was incorrect, contact us within 3 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or concern, we encourage you to contact our support team at cynthia@chesapeakebusinesssolutions.com before pursuing a chargeback or legal action. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith.
